Booking

*Cancelation Policy:

• Cancellations 7+ days before reservation: 90% refund. 

• Cancellations between 49 hours and 7 days before reservation: 50% refund.

• Cancellations 48 hours or less before reservation: No refund.

• No-Show Policy: If the renter does not arrive within 3 hours of the scheduled start time and has not made contact, the e-bikes will be considered available for other customers. No refund will be issued.

• Early Returns: No refund is issued for bikes returned earlier than the scheduled end time of the rental period.

• Late Pickup: the bikes must be returned at the scheduled return time, and the rental period will not be extended due to late pick up.

• Rescheduling: You have the option to reschedule your reservation for a future date (up to one month from the original booking) with no penalty, provided the request is made more than 48 hours in advance and the bikes are available.

• Unforseen Events(Heavy rain/Boat Cancellation): Either 50% refund or Rescheduling
